Two injured in Crawford County single-vehicle accident late Thursday night.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), a 2019 Kawasaki Teryx4 was involved in the incident on Horse Hollow Lane, west of Highway KK, at around 11:50 p.m. The vehicle veered off the left side of the roadway, struck a tree, and overturned.
The 35-year-old male driver from Arnold, MO, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur. A 37-year-old female passenger, also from Arnold, sustained minor injuries and was transported to Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan by a Trooper.
MSHP reported that the female passenger was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, while the male driver was not. The investigation is ongoing.
