KEENE, NH — Seven people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Route 9 West near the Westmoreland town line on Sunday morning.
The accident occurred around 10:30 a.m., involving three vehicles. One individual sustained serious injuries and required helicopter transport to a local trauma center, while the other six were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to authorities.
Emergency responders from the Keene Fire Department and surrounding agencies arrived on the scene to assist the injured and manage traffic. The left lane of Route 9 was closed for approximately two hours as first responders worked and an investigation took place.
