COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — The Dublin community is grieving the loss of a Jerome High School senior, Claudia Phan, who died in a car crash on Sunday night.
The accident occurred at approximately 7:27 p.m. on Hyland Croy Road in Jerome Township. Authorities said Phan was driving when her vehicle collided head-on with a Ford Explorer.
Phan was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford Explorer sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital, while three passengers in the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
Emergency responders were on the scene, and an investigation into the crash is currently underway. There are no reports of road closures related to the incident.
