Head-on Crash Near Coors Field Sends One to Hospital

The incident occurred at 3:36 p.m. at the intersection of Wewatta Street and Park Avenue West, according to RTD spokesperson Pauline Haberman. Initial reports indicate that one driver collided with the RTD bus. The RTD bus driver was uninjured, and no passengers were aboard at the time of the crash.
Emergency responders from the Denver Fire Department attended the scene, and the injured individual was transported to the hospital for evaluation. The Denver Police Department is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
