Crash Involves Two Motorcycles and Passenger Vehicle on I-24 in Davidson County

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Tenn. — A multi-vehicle crash involving two motorcycles and a passenger vehicle has closed all westbound lanes of Interstate 24 near Haywood Lane (mile marker 57) as of 8:32 p.m. Friday, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

All westbound lanes, including the entry ramp and both shoulders, remain shut down. Traffic is being diverted at Exit 59 (Bell Road). As of 9:10 p.m., there is no estimated time for full clearance.

Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes and monitor updates via the SmartWay website.

No injuries or fatalities have been reported at this time. Emergency response agencies are on the scene, and an investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
