Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-90 Near Missoula Injures Three
MISSOULA, MONT. — A multi-vehicle accident occurred on Interstate 90 near Missoula on Saturday, causing significant traffic disruption and three confirmed injuries.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the accident took place around 3:15 p.m. involving four vehicles traveling eastbound. Emergency responders, including the Missoula County Sheriff’s Office and Missoula Fire Department, arrived promptly at the scene.
Authorities reported that three individuals sustained injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
Two eastbound lanes were closed for over an hour while investigation and cleanup efforts were conducted. The left lane was reopened at approximately 4:30 p.m., allowing for partial traffic flow.
