21-Year-Old Motorcyclist Dies After Crash in Greenville
A 21-year-old motorcyclist died following a crash on Route 141 in Greenville on Aug. 10, according to Delaware State Police.
Zack Napolitano, of Wilmington, was riding his Kawasaki motorcycle around 4:30 p.m. when he took the off-ramp toward Route 52. For unknown reasons, he lost control while navigating a curve and collided with a guardrail, which resulted in him being ejected from the motorcycle.
Napolitano was transported to an area hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries on Aug. 24, authorities confirmed.
The police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
