Macomb Township, MI. – A man was hospitalized following a traffic collision that left two others injured in Macomb Township on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened on Hall Road near Heydenreich.
A white Chevy Bolt was speeding on the highway when it slammed into the passenger side of a Ford Taurus turning into a shopping center.
The impact caused the Taurus to crash into a white SUV.
The 55-year-old man driving the Taurus was hospitalized in critical condition.
The 37-year-old man from Shelby Township driving the Chevy Bolt and his passenger were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The third driver was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
