Rudy Giuliani Injured in New Hampshire Car Crash

WASHINGTON (TNND) — Rudy Giuliani, 81, is recovering from fractured vertebrae and additional injuries sustained in a car crash on a highway in New Hampshire on Saturday evening.

According to Michael Ragusa, Giuliani’s head of security, his vehicle was struck from behind while traveling in a rental car. Giuliani was attending to a woman involved in a domestic violence incident when the crash occurred; Ragusa confirmed the accident was unrelated to the incident.

Giuliani suffered a fractured thoracic vertebra, multiple lacerations and contusions, as well as injuries to his left arm and lower leg. Following the collision, he was transported to a nearby trauma center for treatment.

Ragusa stated that Giuliani is in good spirits, alert, and recovering well. He is expected to be released in a few days and anticipates returning to work later this week.

Andrew Giuliani, his son, expressed gratitude in a post on X, thanking those who reached out following the accident.

Emergency responders confirmed there were no fatalities and no further details on the crash’s investigation have been released.
