Two hospitalized after early-morning crash in Golden Valley

Golden Valley, MN — Two individuals were taken to the hospital following a crash early Monday morning near Glenwood Avenue and Meander Road.

According to the Golden Valley Police, the incident occurred just before 2:45 a.m. when a vehicle struck a fire hydrant before colliding with a tree. Emergency responders transported both occupants to a nearby hospital for treatment.
