CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Southbound lanes of Interstate 95 reopened Friday afternoon following a four-vehicle crash near Route 288.
The Virginia State Police reported the incident occurred around 3:35 p.m. at mile marker 63.2. Traffic cameras captured multiple emergency responders at the scene of the crash.
One individual sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Authorities have not released further details regarding the cause of the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
