Junction City, OR—A multi-vehicle crash occurred on Highway 99 at the Highway 36 intersection on Sept. 8, disrupting traffic significantly.
According to Junction City Fire and Rescue, the incident involved four vehicles and led to the closure of multiple lanes. One northbound lane was affected, while all southbound lanes, including the median and shoulder, were shut down.
Authorities reported heavy traffic congestion in the area as a result of the crash. The Oregon Department of Transportation advised drivers to slow down and move over for safety as first responders managed the scene.
No injuries or fatalities have been confirmed at this time. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
