INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A single-vehicle crash involving an SUV into a house occurred early Sunday morning in north Indianapolis, resulting in one fatality.
The incident was reported at approximately 4:15 a.m. in the 7800 block of Delbrook Drive, located in the Holiday housing addition near the intersection of West 79th Street and Ditch Road.
The driver, identified as Anthony Tillman, 40, was taken to a hospital in critical condition but later died from his injuries. The SUV was the only vehicle involved in the incident.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, no other injuries were reported, and no other vehicles were involved. The agency’s Fatal Crash Investigation Team is currently assessing the circumstances surrounding the crash.
