CALAVERAS CO, Calif. (FOX26) — A Honda driver is wanted after surviving a serious crash into a tree on Lake Camanche Parkway in Burson.
According to the Calaveras Consolidated Fire Department, emergency responders arrived on the scene to find the vehicle in a state of destruction, nearly unrecognizable as a Honda. Fortunately, no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The driver managed to flee the scene following the crash. Witnesses expressed disbelief that anyone could have escaped such a severe accident unscathed.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is conducting the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash. No confirmed injuries were reported, and details regarding the driver’s whereabouts remain unclear.
