Las Vegas Metropolitan Police reported that a bicyclist critically injured in a collision with a bus on July 14 has died.
According to the Clark County coroner’s office, the victim passed away at Sunrise Trauma on July 26, despite extensive medical efforts.
This incident marks the 97th traffic-related fatality in the LVMPD’s jurisdiction in 2025.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A bicyclist suffered critical injuries after being struck by a bus at East Katie Avenue and South Maryland Parkway.
The individual was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The bus driver remained at the scene, and authorities reported that impairment is not suspected.
All roadways have since reopened.
