One Dead in Plane Crash at Ferndale Airfield Near Bigfork
BIGFORK, MT — One person is dead following a plane crash at Ferndale Airfield on Friday, according to Flathead County Sheriff Brian Heino.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the incident, which occurred in the afternoon. The identity of the victim has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin.
