Officer injured in motorcycle accident receives heartfelt escort home.

HANFORD, Calif. (FOX26) — A Hanford Police Officer was injured in a accident while responding to another traffic incident on August 15.

The officer, whose identity has not been disclosed, was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) after a truck pulled in front of him, resulting in a collision that ejected him from his . He received treatment for multiple injuries and spent several days in intensive care, undergoing surgery and rehabilitation.

Upon his discharge from the hospital, the officer was greeted by his wife, daughter, Police Chief, and fellow officers, who escorted him home.
