COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A serious traffic accident occurred shortly after 4 p.m. on Friday, involving multiple vehicles on North Waggoner Road at East Broad Street.
A silver Dodge Charger, traveling northbound, crossed left of center and collided with a black Lexus and an Acura RDX. The impact caused the Charger to become airborne and roll over before landing on its roof.
Columbus Police and the Accident Investigation Unit responded promptly to the scene. The drivers of the Dodge Charger and the Acura RDX were transported to local hospitals in critical condition but have since been upgraded to non-life-threatening status.
