Single-Car Crash Near Harbeson Knocks Out Power
A single-car accident occurred early Nov. 10 on Harbeson Road, resulting in a power outage for the area.
According to police, a Toyota Camry was traveling southbound at approximately 2:33 a.m. when it departed the roadway, entered a ditch, and struck a mailbox. The vehicle then collided with utility poles, damaging power lines, before overturning.
The driver remains unidentified and fled the scene prior to police arrival. Authorities are actively working to locate the driver and any potential occupants.
Harbeson Road was closed temporarily while crews conducted repairs on the downed utility lines. The Milton Fire Department's overnight crew responded to assist at the scene.
