MEDFORD, Ore. — Crater Lake Avenue will be closed for an extended period Wednesday evening between Alpine Court and Temple Drive following a serious motorcycle crash.
Authorities reported that a motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction (STAR) team is investigating the incident.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes to minimize congestion. The closure is expected to remain until further notice as law enforcement works to collect evidence and clear the scene.
