CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Jaguar has recalled over 121,000 vehicles due to a potentially faulty front suspension part that may increase crash risk.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the recall affects 121,509 Land Rover Range Rovers and Range Rover Sports manufactured between 2014 and 2017. The issue involves a potentially cracked front suspension knuckle, which could break and lead to the upper suspension arm detaching, thereby compromising vehicle controllability.
The specific models included in the recall are:
- Land Rover Range Rovers (2014-2017)
- Land Rover Range Rover Sports (2014-2017)
Jaguar received 96 complaints regarding the defect but reported no accidents or injuries linked to the issue. The company plans to notify dealers starting August 19. Affected customers can visit authorized dealerships for repairs or replacements at no cost.
