Motorcycle crash in Emmet leaves driver with life-threatening injuries.

TOWN OF EMMET, Wis. (WKOW) — A serious crash occurred shortly before midnight on Friday on County Road CW.

According to the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, a 2006 Harley Davidson was traveling westbound when it veered off the roadway and struck a telephone pole.

The 42-year-old male driver from Oconomowoc was ejected from the motorcycle and was found by a passerby. He sustained serious, life-threatening injuries and was initially taken to Watertown Regional Medical Center by Watertown Emergency Medical Services before being airlifted to Aurora Medical Center Summit.

The driver's name is being withheld as the investigation is ongoing.
