Jaguar recalls vehicles to prevent potential crash risk

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Jaguar recalled over 100,000 vehicles due to a potentially dangerous issue that could increase crash risks.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 121,509 Jaguar Land Rover Range Rovers and Range Rover Sports were affected by a potential crack in the front suspension knuckle. This defect may lead to the upper suspension arm detaching, compromising vehicle control.

Included in the recall are:

  • Land Rover Range Rovers from 2014 to 2017
  • Land Rover Range Rover Sports from 2014 to 2017

Jaguar received 96 reports related to the issue but confirmed no accidents or injuries. Dealers will be informed of the recall on August 19. Affected customers can bring their vehicles to authorized dealerships for free repairs or replacements as needed.
