Tuscaloosa Man Dies in Lauderdale County Crash
A Tuscaloosa man was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Nov. 12 in Lauderdale County.
Joshua D. Strozier, 26, died when the 2012 Chevrolet Silverado he was driving collided head-on with a 2017 John Deere S690 Combine, operated by 37-year-old Brandon D. Bruce of Florence. According to Alabama troopers, Strozier was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident occurred around 1:12 p.m. on Alabama Highway 20 near the 7-mile marker, approximately 11 miles west of Florence.
No additional details have been released. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is investigating the crash.
