Twelve Dead in Louisville Plane Crash; Search for Missing Ongoing

A UPS plane crashed shortly after takeoff from Louisville International Airport on Tuesday, claiming at least 12 lives, including a child, with several individuals still unaccounted for.

The aircraft caught fire and lost an engine during its ascent, only reaching an altitude of 475 feet and a speed of 210.6 mph, according to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Emergency responders are actively searching for missing persons and assessing damage in the area.
