Motorcyclist Killed in Sanbornton Crash
SANBORNTON, NH — A 52-year-old motorcyclist died after veering off Route 132 and colliding with a tree on Saturday, authorities said.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. while the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound. Upon impact, the rider sustained fatal injuries. Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene but pronounced the individual deceased shortly thereafter.
Local police confirmed that the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash. Witnesses reported seeing the motorcyclist lose control before the accident. Route 132 was temporarily closed in both directions to allow for an investigation and clean-up.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin.
