Man Critically Injured in West Bridgewater Tree Crash
WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA — A 24-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries in a vehicle crash involving a tree early Wednesday morning, according to police.
Authorities responded at 4:09 a.m. to 95 Crescent Street, where a vehicle had struck the tree. The driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was transported by MedFlight to Massachusetts General Hospital for treatment. His current condition is unknown, and his identity has not been released.
Crescent Street was closed for approximately two hours for a preliminary investigation. The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted on site.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the West Bridgewater Police Department. No further details have been confirmed at this time.
